Soles and Last Development
Specialists in the development and production of soles for the footwear industry, we develop custom designs based on trends. We offer design of soles and their components. We ensure the quality of the process as well as good communication with our customers.

Design and Product Development
The footwear creation process starts in our Design department, where sketch drawings of all the elements necessary for the construction of a quality product are made based on the technical specifications that are defined by our product development department, which ensures quality construction and the use of suitable materials.

3D Soles Design
We use 3D modeling technology to develop our soles. Flexible or rigid prototypes can be produced, in the desired color, using the data obtained in the 3D modelling, thus proceeding with a fast and accurate prototyping.

Every season, the company presents its own collection, at the biggest and varied international fairs in the footwear sector. Such as Expo Riva Schuch, Pitti Uomo, World Fashion Tokyo, etc…

Our Materials
At Calçados Tulipa Negra SA we value all the components of our product, as such we pay attention to the material used, mainly for interior and exterior cutting, leather as the predominant raw material, and we look for other innovative solutions such as Vegan materials (non-animal component) and materials recycled.
We exclusively dedicate a product development department so that we can go further in the search for innovative solutions for the sector and for our customer by participating in international raw materials fairs, such as Lineapelle and Futurmoda
